NawaRasa Dining & Pool Bar
Flavour in Balance
NawaRasa sits beside the main pool, with the infinity edge pulling your gaze out across the valley. Under a shaded roof, the patio makes it easy to linger through the day, from laid back breakfasts and slow lunches to swim up drinks enjoyed right at the waterline.
Set across two levels, the upper deck stays close to the pool, while the lower terrace opens fully to the sweeping view. It is quieter down there, made for evenings when you want the table to feel more private, and it suits honeymoon dinners beautifully.

Nawa in Sanskrit means nine and Rasa means taste. Together, NawaRasa points to the classical idea of the nine human tastes, where a complete meal is defined by balance. Sweet and sour, salty and spicy, warmth and coolness, bitterness, savoury and astringency each has a role, none takes over. That same approach shapes the kitchen here. Dishes stay simple and well judged, guided by clean flavour and a sense of wholeness rather than showy ingredients or heavy technique.
